Welcome to RASA!

  • The Rochester Arts & Sciences Academy (RASA) is a private, secular, university preparatory, international school with grade offerings from preschool to 7th grade this year. A grade will be added per year until the end of high school.
  • RASA was founded by Mayo Clinic physicians and is in close proximity to Mayo Clinic. RASA is housed in modern facility with lots of windows, and separate areas for each of the classes/subjects as well as a library, eating area, and music room, as well as state of the art technology.
  • The academically challenging curriculum focuses on international education with foreign language offerings in Mandarin Chinese in 2007, Spanish and Hindi planned for the 2008-09 academic year.
  • RASA’s unique curriculum allows for both level specific and age specific experiences. For example a first grader could take 3rd grade math, 2nd grade English and yet be with their age peers for the other subjects.
  • RASA offers small class sizes, and individualized accelerated learning.
